My name is Lile Kostevska, and I’m the founder of LK Support & Respite Services — a care-focused business based right here in Hervey Bay, Queensland. After many years of working in the support industry and providing care for loved ones throughout my life, I’ve taken the leap to start something of my own. This website and service are the result of that journey.

👋 A Little About Me
I’ve been a carer most of my life — first for my own family, and then professionally since 2014. I also hold a Dual Diploma in Counselling and Community Services, along with First Aid, CPR, and other care qualifications. But more than any certificate, what I bring to this work is real-life experience, empathy, and a deep belief in treating people with dignity and kindness. Starting this business was my way of turning that belief into action.
