WHO DO YOU SUPPORT?

• As a registered NDIS provider, we help NDIS participants access the care and support they need through their plans and funding.
• We also offer our services to privately financed clients.

PRIMARY CLIENTS:
- Elderly individuals needing home support or companionship.
- People with disabilities (NDIS participants).
- Family caregivers seeking short-term respite.
- Individuals recovering from illness or surgery who need temporary assistance.

*Age is not a barrier as we cater for all ages, young and old.

WHO PAYS FOR YOUR SERVICES?
- Clients themselves (self-funded).
- Family members or guardians.
- Government programs (e.g., NDIS, My Aged Care).
- Community organizations or case managers coordinating funded care.

HOW DO YOU PAY FOR SUPPORT PRIVATELY?
If you’re choosing to pay for support privately, you have two convenient payment options: credit/debit card payments or direct debit. Both methods are secure, and LK Respite and Support Services will provide you with invoices and receipts for all transactions to assist with record-keeping.

HOW DO I PAY FOR SUPPORT WITH A HOME CARE PACKAGE?
If you are a client paying for support work with a Home Care Package, LK Respite and Support Services will send the invoices straight to your HCP provider. You will receive a copy of each invoice via email.

HOW OFTEN CAN THEY USE YOUR SERVICES?
• Regular Weekly Clients - Many clients will use services 1–3 times per week for ongoing support (e.g., shopping, cleaning, social outings).
• Respite or Occasional Use Clients - Others may book monthly or whenever needed for caregiver relief, transport, or specific appointments.
• Social Programs & Activities - Clients may attend group activities or events once or twice a month, depending on availability and interest.
